Search tasks and docs

Find any ticket by key or title from the search box in the top bar, and search the text of a project’s documentation pages in UQ Planner.

Find a ticket

The search box in the top bar — Search tickets… (e.g. PRO-61) — jumps to any task in the projects you can see in the current organisation.

  • Type a key in any form: PRO-61, pro61 or Pro 61 all find the same ticket.
  • Type just a number, 61, to see ticket 61 in every project.
  • Type words to match part of a task's name (not case sensitive).
  • Use ↑ / ↓ to choose one of up to 10 results, Enter to open it, Esc to close.

Ticket search looks at keys and names only, not descriptions or comments.

Search a docs space

Inside a project's documentation, the Search this space… box searches page titles and the full page text. Pages with a title match come first, then the most recently edited. You get up to 50 results, each with a snippet; Enter opens the first. If a label filter is active, the search stays inside that label. Each space is searched on its own.

Prefer your own tools? Clone the docs with Git and use grep or your editor — see Docs and Git over SSH.

Search from the API

Scripts and AI agents can list tasks filtered by project, status, assignee and type, and search a docs space by text — see the CLI and API.
