Free: up to 10 people

UQ Planner is free for organisations of up to 10 people, with every feature: boards, workflows, templates, docs with Git, the CLI and API. No card is needed and there is no time limit.

• The 10 count members plus pending invitations — an unaccepted invite holds a place until it is accepted, revoked or expires (after 14 days).
• At the limit, sending an invite or adding a user is refused with “Free covers up to 10 people — upgrade to Pro for more seats”.
• An invitation that was already sent can always be accepted.
• An organisation that is already above 10 keeps everyone and keeps working; it just can't add more people on Free.

Pro: what it adds

Pro locks no features away from Free. It adds:

• Room for more than 10 people — no member cap;
• a Pro badge on your organisation;
• priority support — Pro organisations are answered first.

Prices

The pricing page picks the payment method from your location — payOS in Vietnam, Paddle elsewhere — and always links to the other one. Paddle adds sales tax where it applies. The total is calculated on our server from the seat count; nothing is charged before you confirm.

Seats

A seat is one member of the organisation. Choose how many when you buy. If your team later grows past the number of seats you paid for, an organisation Owner or Admin sees a reminder in settings — nobody is ever locked out. To add seats while Pro is running, use Add seats on the pricing page or in organisation settings: on a VND pass you pay only for the extra seats for the days left (rounded up, at least 1.000 ₫) and the end date stays the same; on a USD subscription the new quantity applies at once and Paddle charges or credits the difference for the current period. Extend (VND) is separate: it buys a new pass that starts when the current one ends.

An organisation uses one at a time: while a USD subscription is active, a VND pass can't be bought for the same organisation.

How to upgrade

1. Sign in as an organisation Owner or Admin — only they can buy Pro.
2. Open Pricing, choose monthly or annual and the number of seats.
3. Tick the consent box (Terms and Refund policy) and press Upgrade.
4. Pay with payOS (scan the VietQR or transfer) or in the Paddle card window. Your organisation turns Pro as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. Check it under Settings, in the billing card.

Cancelling, expiry and refunds

• USD subscription: an Owner or Admin can cancel any time from the organisation's settings. Pro continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• VND pass: nothing to cancel — it simply ends on its date. No further payment is ever taken.
• When Pro ends, the organisation returns to Free. Your data is kept and everyone stays a member; only adding people beyond 10 is blocked again.
• Refunds: you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing business@uniqtech.dev. USD payments are refunded via Paddle to your card; VND passes by bank transfer — include your bank details. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
