Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2026-11-06

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for UQ Planner Pro, operated by Unique Technology Software Company Limited (tax code (MST): 0317015799). Subscriptions paid in US dollars are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and for those purchases this policy matches Paddle's Refund Policy, which forms part of Paddle's buyer terms. Passes paid in VND are sold directly by us — see section 4. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of your payment. Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method via Paddle.

Consumers in some countries have additional statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from a purchase. This policy does not limit those rights.

2. Free plan & no trial

UQ Planner's Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment method, so there is nothing to refund or cancel on it. Pro has no free trial: you are charged only when you buy Pro, for the seats you choose. When a paid period ends or is refunded, the organisation returns to Free and its data is kept.

3. Cancelling a USD subscription

An organisation owner or admin can cancel a Paddle subscription at any time from the organisation's settings in UQ Planner. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew afterwards. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate requests — to get money back, also follow section 5.

4. VND passes bought through payOS

In Vietnam, Pro is bought as a fixed-term pass rather than a subscription: a single payment in Vietnamese đồng, made by bank transfer or VietQR through payOS, granting Pro for the chosen seats for 30 or 365 days. These purchases are sold directly by Unique Technology Software Company Limited, not through Paddle, so Paddle's Refund Policy does not apply to them.

A pass does not renew automatically. There is nothing to cancel — access ends on the stated date unless you buy again, and no further payment is ever taken. Buying again while a pass is still running adds the new days to the end of it rather than replacing it.

The same 14-day refund window applies. Because we are the seller for these purchases, refunds are made by us in full as a bank transfer back to the account you paid from — so please include your bank details when you write to us. A coupon discount has no cash value; the refund is the amount you actually paid.

5. How to request a refund or get help

Email us at business@uniqtech.dev with the email address on your account, your organisation name and, if possible, your Paddle order or receipt reference. You can also request a refund directly from the receipt email Paddle sends after each payment. For a VND pass, quote the order code shown on the payOS confirmation and in your organisation's billing settings. Never send card numbers or passwords.
